I set my command line switches to everything I can think of but have yet to see the game run in true windowed mode. I can work on my second monitor while the game runs but the screen minimizes. With the amount of transit time in open world, it would be nice to multi task while keeping an eye on the game. It sucks staring at the screen like a zombie.
