Its not tolerated and if you filled in a report this case is already forwarded to the devs with highest possible priority. Weather or not there are consequences is not the community's decision. An advice from my side to you nimitz: watch out where you are sailing. You are ramming ships because you rater type than sail. First sail - then you can type in chat. (there is a saying: always a hand for the ship. translate it to "always an eye to your surroundings") Sailing already is hard enough when you are in such a situation.
