Prater Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 This is what I used Except my paper doesn't quite look like that, I really turn down the yellowing/burnt stuff: Still very much wip. Only have Cuba, Inagua's, and Jamaica for the most part complete. Most of the rest of the map still needs major work. So I started out with the above Tutorial, then I made my land a layer with color #00251f and the layer Soft Light. Shallows are color #3d4f66 on overlay.
