Capn Rocko Posted December 15, 2018 Share Posted December 15, 2018 I just logged on for the first time in 2 months to duel a friend and I could not find any NPC 5th rates for sale at any of the free towns. They were all 6th/7th rates. Is this intended? If so, I suggest we change that. I would suggest more that Admiralty ships ( that's shop ships and npc captures ) not able to be put on auction but only sold directly to shop - to stop the buying ALL the npc ships and put them on sale with 5x the price.
