Player made ship customisation

There are one or two topics about ship customisation and since its low in the priorities list why not let the community do the work. There are some people who can design preset paint jobs for a start and when the time comes to send these off to admin they can be added at an opportune time.

It is just like letting the community create mods but fan made.

Suggestions and feedback appreciated, especially from admin or moderators.

And I can't do the designed so anybody offering if we get the go ahead with this idea feel free.

I'm pretty good at texturing and I've done it for GTA V, I'd be willing to submit some skins for ships for sake of variety.

I think I remember admin saying they need to make a default texture for every ship like that of the brig. No fancy colors.
