  1. Id definately say its random I tried doing the same battle (literally the same one from campaign kept exiting to menu and reloading until gave me a hitbox I could hit with torpedoes) and various ships in said battle had there hitbox high low and on the model its wierd
  2. When it happened to me the Britain wants peace thing came up during the battle victory screen then just carried on
  3. My campaign finally ended with an Italian revolution but it kept going for ages despite the Brits dropping out and the end screen does reflect how long the war with britain lasted
  4. I would love to see an option similar to the add crew check box regarding repairs. You could then leave it off and have a button to manually choose to repair a ship. This would be good because you could then wait until you could afford it before repairing ships, giving higher priority to more important ships. Also historically it was after a ship took a lot of damage that a lot of refits were performed - eg HMS Belfast was almost lost to a mine at the start of WW2 and whilst in dock for repairs also received an massive refit
  5. I do want to make it clear as well at no point have I even looked at the Save file there's no editing going on here
  6. Still going, the british units are now coloured white, not the green of friendlies or the red of enemies. And I'm still getting battles vs French and Italians but obviously not against the British.
  7. so dont know if this is a bug or not but in my 1910 german campaign I was winning against the british who seem to have dropped out of the war but the campaign has continued
  8. Maybe post specs or something Cuz I've never had it take so long it takes 60 maybe 90 secs to start a new campaign for me so it could be an optimisation thing
  9. I'm so happy not only can you now refit ships multiple times but you can refit designs that are obsolete as well
  10. After a few battles in a new campaign the reverse VP seems to be no more
  11. OK some more feedback. The Germany v Italy VP switch doesn't seem wholly consistent. I've done about 6 or 7 battles and some do and some don't (I have not auto resolved any though) It doesn't seem to be connected to the battle type so I don't know Ships now seem to be able to go through multiple refits which is amazing 😀 It seems that a task force after a battle win or lose damage or no damage always return to port, is that intended or a bug?
  12. I got this close to Von der Tann. Got the 11in guns correct numbers of secondaries (Although obviously VDT had 5.9in rather than 6in but close enough) I did have to put the 9.8in belt all the way to the back to balance her lol annoyingly VDT real full load tonnage was 21,300 but mine is 21,294 that hurts
  13. Have only played as Germany so far but noticed that when fighting Italy the VP is still reversed, only against Italy though no one else
  14. just noticed my first comment on this thread I was happy cuz of the 28 new hulls, were now at 45 lol this is looking epic
  15. Any idea when the update will drop? loving the look of it so far
  16. It's weird though with mine I had a look at all of my destroyers refitted to this spec of the 10 i have 7 are to spec and 3 r reduced to basic stuff
  17. I'm trying to spot the extra 1 lol I thinks it's the Japanese dreadnought 1 was that there before
  18. Ran into this bug The ship I designed is not what was delivered, top is the design bottom is what I have in the the fleet
  19. In my defence I simply used those 3 as an example I would love too see as many diff hull types as possible (I would really really like too see what designs people could come up with on an Alaska type hull)
  20. Problem is those aren't the calibre or shells they are the calibre of the guns. In large guns the you have 2 numbers for example the Bismarck had 38cm(15in) L/52 guns. That means the calibre was 38cm and the barrel was 52 calibres long so 52x38cm (although technically bismarcks guns were 51.66 calibres long but they rounded it up lol) those numbers denote barrel length not shell size. Though I would love to see an option for that too
