  1. This is exactly the problem. Before, you could do a huge PvE battle with lots of AI and friendlies and end up getting 1-3k xp. Now, you can't. Those huge PvE battles were fun as hell, always different, and enjoyable if you played in a clan/group setting. Now with missions tho, it's dull and repetitive. You are playing solo, for most efficiency, and get 1 of only a few predetermined sets of enemies for the fight. Before the wipe, I couldn't put the game down. Now, I want nothing more than to just get off and go play Rainbow Six for a few hours. Hopefully when they re-implement the kill/assist xp, it makes PvE fleet combat a viable leveling strategy. We need something other than missions to be reliable leveling method.
  2. I think this is intended to replace your normal capital TP button. So since you are the Dutch, say you guys wanted to establish an outpost on Cuba and capture Nuevitas, a regional capital. You would then be able to select Nuevitas as your new TP destination rather than Willemstad. What good is the normal TP button if you and your clan are based in a spot that isn't even relatively close to your capital. Also, what is the point of Regional Capitals? There seems to be no use for them, this would at least give a use to them, and to make them more desired.
  3. Port battles only give normal xp now. No more 400% battles.
  4. Stige isn't a member of FTS and more than likely never will be. He has attacked our players before and we actively watch out for him. Try not to spread lies. Also, in regards to everyone saying FTS in chat, that was when the clan was created and everyone needed invites, so everyone was typing in chat to get an invite.
  5. I agree with Scorpio. It is a valid strategy, albeit infuriating for the SOL player, and reinforces why SOL captains need to have an escort fleet with them.
  6. You have to balance historical vs enjoyment. Doing this would have catastrophic consequences. When the wipe happens, you would have National players able to level against AI fleets which are a lot more common than getting a PvP fight, this would put Pirates behind the level curve right off the bat. Getting behind the level curve means that Pirates are now in smaller ships than National players, this makes getting XP in PvP battles even harder which sets them back even further. Now that National players are leveled up, in their better ships, they can start taking ports, guess who can't defend themselves? The Pirates. Pirates now start losing ports at an alarming rate, which lowers there chance to potentially make money from trading. You would be better off starting to play as a National player then swap to Pirate by committing an act of piracy because you don't have to jump through so many hoops. I am all for tweaking around some of the mechanics Pirates have to make them feel harder and to provide a different style of play. This is just a completely illogical plan that would absolutely decimate the Pirate player base into oblivion.

    NPC Spawns

It definitely feels like NPC fleets aren't properly respawning after being killed.
