PvP eu and PvE are both down, I was in a battle and by now my new ship is history, you need to get the hampsters to pedal faster.

If I use the forged papers after transfer of my belongings to an open port, do I lose things like shipyard and workshop, reason I ask is as a solo player these cost a lot of time and effort to just give up and start again,
