Steam key issues, never got email.

Hello! I know this topic is years after the fact, and hopefully its not a major issue due to that, but I stopped playing ultimate admirals dreadnoughts back in the alpha days and wanted to get back into it, I have been told I should have an email with a steam key as the launcher doesnt work now, but I cannot find any such email, perhaps due to how long ago that might have been, I emailed support from the email address that should have been associated with the purchase yesterday, but have not heard back.

 

Is this matter too late to be resolved?
