Seasoned wood

Since seasoned wood was the norm for ship building, and green wood was the hasty, cheap or outright cheating shipyard way, I propose a change for seasoned wood. Seasoned wood should no longer require 'special' permits locked behind a fleet only a large clan can access, and an additional building,(which only clans have more building slots for)  but should be the standard for ship building. Crafting ships should cost twice the labor hours and reals to produce, unless crafted from standard, or rather now called green wood.
