problemas de conexion

hola me gustaria pedir un rembolso de un 1 dlc  por que el juego no me anda bien, tengo 240 de ping ms y soy de peru  y tengo 10mpbs de velocidad no se si sea por eso

If you experience issues with connection in game, please close the game and try to send connection test report via Naval Action Launcher in Steam (3rd option "Report connection test") and paste the number here (it will be something like NAS-123456, the number is copied to buffer once the report is sent).
