After initially engaging, he refused to actually fight in the battle he started. Instead he maintained this relative position: https://gyazo.com/07c7c43351a80884cb05ef4af14bd56a for the entire fight, shot my sails with chasers, and refused to actually fight. Instead, he chose to simply taunt me and sail in circles rather than fight. When I would lower my sails, he would fire my at my masts or hull from extreme range. He clearly showed his intent not to engage me, even though he initiated the fight. He instead resorted to taunting, harassment, and general griefing. This continued for over 30 minutes.
