In-game bug and in game bug

So I just tried to play the "there can be only one" mission and I got a debug message about something about a reference object not being found and it game me a error message of "too many threads" and so I task manager and ended every process of the game and restarted my computer, and tried reinstalling the game but I couldn't because I'm still "In game"
