Campaign Nation Passives: What do you think they'll be?

I really like how it's look in RuleThe Waves. Different countries have different initial budgets, different sizes of docks, different sets of features and a set of researchs, some may be researched faster than others, or they may even be available from the start of the game.

Country features, of course, the funniest. Britain from the picture above have:

-  "global naval power", which means the largest fleet at the start of the company;

- "technology leader" means exactly what you thought - maximum open technologies at the start;

- "efficient shipbuilding" is something interesting. The ships you build sometimes exceed the project - speed is higher than expected, steam engines are more economical, the hull weighs less than it should and so on. 

- "hide flaws". Does the name “Hood” or “Invulnerable” ring the bell for you? Yes, with this trait your ships will periodically explode from seemingly random hits.

The rest of the countries also have fun: the Japanese have  little money and tiny docks, but they are capable launch a surprise attack; the Germans have a good education, but also mad Kaiser constantly dictating what ships do the fleet need; Russians have bad education and shipbuilding, but a good budget, medium-sized docks and early access to oil; Italy and France are pioneers in revolutionary technology; Austria-Hungary has problems with corruption, and the US industry is inferior to the UK, but is gaining strength every year.

 

I think it’s funny and thought enough  in order to UA:D developers would not invent a bicycle and used this experience.
