Most parts of the UI missing in the builder (screenshots and log included)

When I tried to play tonight, the game loaded fine, but when I went to start a mission and got into the builder, the error console popped up with red text, and most of the user interface was missing. I tried the "Repair" option in the launcher, but that didn't help.

Below is the log file (with my email, local path and IPs redacted for privacy). I'm not sure why there are references to file on an F: volume. There is no such volume in my system. Perhaps the latest build has hardcoded file paths left in by mistake?
