"Another instance of Launcher client already exist!"

After not playing the game for about a week I tried to hop on it and a window pops up saying that whenever I try to open it. I fully closed the launcher last time and checked my task master and verified that absolutely nothing else is running. My copy isn't linked to Steam either and I shut Steam down just in case and it still happens. Any ideas what is going on?

Once it happens again, could you please make a screenshot of the issue, then open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type:

• %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\log
  • There will be log files from the launcher (e.g. 29.10.19.txt)
• Please copy the latest log file and screenshot, then contact Xsolla support team via live chat option (help.xsolla.com) or email (support@xsolla.com), describe your issue and attach both files

Could you please clarify if there is no "launcher" proccess in the task manager?

I had tried restarting my PC and that hadn't helped, but then I realized I had been putting off a Windows update. Not sure what it changed but after doing that the launcher activated fine. If something like that happens again I'll make sure to screenshot and send it in. Thanks. Just so you know there was no "launcher" processes in the task master, just the window popping up saying it was already running
