Add Roll Dice feature.

Noticed there is no feature that would allow players to quickly decide who is looting this or that killed NPC. In big groups people get upset someone else keeps looting their ships. Add a simple button that would give each player a number. Highest number takes the prize. Roll the Dice! @admin
