Missing items after warehouse SORT

Hi,

I had bought 7 long 18pds at KPR for 7000 each yesterday and put them in my warehouse. I did a SORT in the warehouse today and they disappeared. I know I didn't use them because I can't use 7, and I know I didn't sell them because I wanted another 19 for a full deck. 

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem , but as they were quite expensive I would like to have them back if possible.

Obviously no screen shots as I didn't expect a problem

OK, never had any further reply, and now I've had a further issue, 

 

went out on mission, got 7 medium 6pds for loot, cam back to kpr , stacked the 7 with 3 already in warehouse and all 10 disappeared,. Left port to double check , came back in the 3 had reappeared but the other 7 still missing. def Bug. please resolve this and all my missing cannons including longs from earlier.

Update.

 

3rd time going back to port after about an hour , they have reappeared. all is good.
