Mrdoomed Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 (edited) Could the pirate " issue" be as simple as a pirate flag button just like smuggler flag? Once clicked it cant be unclicked and you could be attacked by anyone , not build or use outposts in any port but a freeport but can enter them and you would have a pirate flag rather than a national flag. Make a cooldown and penalties to turn it off OR make it a one time thing. This means devs could attach any penalty or bonus to the pirate flag button just like the smuggler button.
