Since some updates ago, i believe the initial Shells and Ballistics rework, choosing diffrent types of HE or AP shells in the ship desiger impacs the accuracy of of both he and ap. For example changing HE shells from standards to nose fuse improves the AP shell accuracy. Is this correct and/or intentional?
