  1. Torpedo tubes auto upgrades now (although a bit buggy) and it creates the same problem as upgrading guns
  2. big task forces (including BBs and screen) doesnt initiate missions even there are similar sized enemy task forces nearby. this problem doesnt exist for the ships in port. When you dock all the task forces and now ships are in ports, various type of missons can be generated depending the size of enemy fleet nearby. btw A small task force (3 CLs 4 TBs) can generate a mission against a big task force (2 BBs 3 CAs 4 CLs 4 TBs) Also it's really annoying to corner enemy task forces composing of 1 DDs with your task force. manual or auto can result frustrating results
  3. I really dont understand why people underlining missing hulls while there are very big issues when it comes to AI and ballistics. If I remember correctly when there was just Britain and Germany, AI was managing its ships way better than now. the issue against %100 accuracy against the ships nearby and in the line of fire will be addressed when? Avoid and Screening issues are like 1 step ahead 1 step back. I dont know what to expect but improvment on AI and navigation would be sooooooo good
  4. not just you can hit you can also pen it "paralel". This is by far one the most annoying things for me cause it shows how wrong the ballistics are and it's here since the start. I dont understand much about programming but sometimes I feel they are not prioritizing essentials or worse essential problems are very difficult to fix. for the deck hits from short range I was hoping "oh great they are calculating the listing of the ship, that's why i am hitting the deck" but ofc this is not true when you can hit the bow from stern.
  5. why moving weights (main batteries) further up affects the weight offset inversely?
  6. I am doing like this and it works: after I design a ship I leave ship designer and go built some and return back to designer, design another ship, rinse and repeat. By not spending too much time at ship designer at the start of campaign I prevent the freezes. Apart from all the problems, I wanna add smtg else. when you acquire a ship as a war reparation, she continues to flies her previous flag instead of the new one.

  8. 1980 campaign early designs. Longitudinal weight offset, pitch and roll of CLs and TBs are all 100 on battle BBs and CAs values are same as ship designer

Refits finally somewhat works! but 2 things; you cannot build new ships from refitted designs, you can only upgrade. if you copy refitted design and save as a new design build icon is also grayed out. you want to design a new ship based on previous design, new technologies doesnt show on the copies of previous designs. also, I could refit my CAs 2ndary turrets from single to dual barrel but I cant refit DDs mkI launchers to mkII launchers. refit mod didnt/doesnt update
  10. you can scrap the ships but it shows the task force still in the strategic map. first picture of my post was for that. you can scrap the ships but it still shows on strategic map
  11. too often than not when you move I guess too many ships around german ports involving bremen it display ships on land and game stucks at updating relationships. like if you just move a DD from bremen to wilhelm it's mainly ok but if you move some from kiel to emden and some other from bremen to somehere else there you can have a problem. update: in this version of beta now it wont stuck but ships that you send to or from bremen/ wilhelmshaven cant reach their destination is still at land not but ship is still at land and cant go to emden

  13. I really dont understand if it's just me. I played a good amount of time and there are lots of problems. Ofc it's natural on beta after so many new features but not seeing them mentioned here makes me wonder so let me try a bit with my poor english. Ok here we go. Refits. At first it looks like it works but maybe not? After discovering new technologies they don't appear while refitting. Also another problem, i refitted a ship, changed propellant and shell charge, lets say ballistide and tnt I. but in battle when you check ship details it says brown powder black powder. I was like wtf? Checked the desing menu, it shows correctly. Another similar problem is i designed a CA with max bulkheads but in battle, ship details says it's has standard bulkheads. I double checked and yes design menu says it's maximum but in battle it's standard. Ship acceleration is another problem. Ship just doesn't want to accelerate no matter if there is an obstruction or not sometimes. Turning on and off avoidance helps sometimes but there is smtg really fishy. I am not sure if i need to talk about insane amount of ships that ai laids down. Like 20-30 BBs in every Austrian port which they never leave. Another issue is battle AI. Before AI was able to screen his capital ships but now capitals mostly charges head on and screen just lingers behind. I can go on but i rather not. Don't get me wrong I am appreciating, acknowledging and congratulating all of the new features and i know issues will be solved but just a bit surprised that many major problems that i am experiencing are not being mentioned here. In my opinion you are doing a fantastic job and let me also tell that our thoughts are with you and I am kinda feeling a bit awkward mentioning about these things with everything going on.
  14. camera movement is buggy apart from that I had to quit first 1900 campaign because I couldnt get past a turn cause stuck on "updating(?) relations" and now I cant start another 1900 campaign cause campaign never launches (early version of previous beta problem), stuck on loading. I can start 1985 though. uninstalling reinstalling beta doesnt work
  15. I want protected cruisers, I want belted cruisers, I want auxiliary cruisers, I want them all. gunboats, sloops, avisos, everything
  16. yay! sounds great! cant wait to see all these changes when you finish the extended version of the campaign
  17. Yes, started at 1890 when i reached 1910 with %100 research, I was missing some important techs from 1910 start
