Problem is those aren't the calibre or shells they are the calibre of the guns. In large guns the you have 2 numbers for example the Bismarck had 38cm(15in) L/52 guns. That means the calibre was 38cm and the barrel was 52 calibres long so 52x38cm (although technically bismarcks guns were 51.66 calibres long but they rounded it up lol) those numbers denote barrel length not shell size. Though I would love to see an option for that too

Yeah. I wonder what different types of the caliber of the guns would be like for size and the damage output against the enemy ships. Also, if we could make 65x51cm guns with super heavy shells, I have no idea what number of damage output would be like against the enemy ships and even the enemy cities. Any ideas?

  2. I'm thinking about caliber shells that destroyers, cruisers, battlecruisers and battleships has, depending what size of guns and even the damage output do they have, such as 40 caliber, 45 caliber, 48 caliber, 50 caliber, 51 caliber, 55 caliber, 60 caliber and 65 caliber. I hope this technology would be added in the game instead of changing shell size from light to super heavy

  3. Hey Nick, I hope yourself and your team are okay during the war in Ukraine as long as you guys stay strong.

But when @Danz_Von_Luck was saying about the later cruiser hulls like the Leander, Town and county classes, is that they would be added in the game for Britain. Also for myself about the American hulls that would be added in the game for the future, I would want to add Mississippi-class battleship hull design, Wyoming-class battleship hull design, New York-class battleship hull design, Nevada-class battleship hull design, Pennsylvania-class battleship hull design, New Mexico-class battleship hull design, Tennessee-class battleship hull design and Colorado-class battleship hull design, so it would be 8 battleship hull designs for America along with model parts of them

This game won't have carriers. At least not in the base version. If it succeeds it might be added as DLC, but no aircraft in the base version, sorry to disappoint.

Maybe check out task force admiral?

When I checked Task Force Admiral, it's still working in progress

And I agree, that means aircraft carriers would be added in the game as DLC

  5. I'm so excited for the new update. And yeah, we can save our ship designs in the Custom Battles just like we did in the Naval Academy.

My question is that, I was going to talk about the carrier combats that happened in WW2 in the Pacific, such as Battle of Coral Sea and Battle of Midway between USA and Japan. Speaking about Battle of Midway, it might be a crucial mission for both of these countries, but I hope we will play that mission if we either choose USA or Japan in the campaign in the future of UAD.

However, if we win the Battle of Midway as Japan, then we will able not only to occupy Midway Atoll but also taking a full control of the 50% of the Pacific Ocean from the USA and Allies.
