Capt Roberts,
I am returning to the tempestuous seas for Naval Action after some time away. I am a Flag Captain now (thank you random free upscale of rank). Previously a member of SOB from PVP2 and briefly PVP1, although I believe they are now the KIN clan. However as I can see they are not actively recruiting I would like to offer my services such as they are.
I fought in the entirety of the first Pirate Wars in PVP2 before our switch to the PVP1 server. I have Australasian time zones to contend with, I assume this will not be a problem?
Alas I do not have much in the way of gold or ships to offer in the PVP1 server due to the wealth I had in PVP2. However willing to work and fight to earn my place.
Anyone I should direct my queries to in game to secure a place among your merry band?

I tip my hat to you guys.
In battles i have had with you they have been hard fought and you have my greatest respect i know what has to be done to beat you i think but getting everyone on the same page in this nation is the hardest thing.
I learnt that you use Carronades where you can especially on ships like Frigates.
I like to think that i have given a good account of myself where we have been in fights against each other.

I am thinking this thread should be locked. Multiple attempts from moderators have resulted in nothing. This isn't national news, diplomacy, roleplay, or events, it is just trolling.
I did suggest this the other day and got a troll hooked on my line right up to the sinker.

Are you sure shall i list whats in game thats smaller than a 5th Rate recently we have seen also two more trade vessels added so i shall list them for you!All this talk about adding more Frigates, while that is great, there is a real lack of non-combat or "interim" combat vessels. And light sailing vessels, 5th rate and smaller.

Simply to avoid Spanish ally (France) to be able to reach war zones.
Is that not an abuse of game mechanic ?

You had the biggest playerbase of the server (australians, germans, chinese, usas...) and you get those wars against Spain and France because your guys pissed off your own allies.
But you still don't understand what happened do you?
Let me explain.
1 pre early access we SLRN as I was then had an agreement with RAE and EDR and we're close allies against Danes, Dutch and USA even Sweden to an extent. This worked well when all our nations were very small.
2 EA came along in come lots of new players in all nations concerned and we the British had a new home port KPR not English Harbour.
3 new clans appeared making keeping previously made agreements impossible to keep we did try but we the British nation were in a near impossible position, The Danes wanted nothing more than to wipe us out so immediately started to he'd towards us.
4 Because we that being RAE and SLRN at the time could not control those new players or get a consensus of opinion within our nations it resulted in where we are now at war.
5 oh believe me when I say we tried we tried very hard even to the stage where SLRN as a clan was hated by some British Clans at the time now we see anew era of cooperation within the British nation which is why you see us fighting back but the nation has new leading Clans who decide what we do and where we go for the most part.

1. Traitor you say if I was a traitor I would be playing for any other nation than Great Britain.

Liar you call me but you and I know the truth of it really you do RAE turned down every deal or proposal placed by us by not sticking to a agreement because you were to impatiant and could not wait for us to sort ourselves out to get the word out in our nation that we had some kind of deal agreed but of course Spain only wants what's right fully theirs which let me put it this way is the whole the map or every port which Spain controlled at map start. This is where the hatred started.

4. A Bad player you say come to KPR and we shall see who is the better player 1v1 no ganking. I don't cheat I hate cheats I despise the use of these port timers I abhor the whole port battle system and even suggested alternatives a long time ago. If you refer to the British nation I say shame on you sir your own nation is not beyond reproach.
5. You talk about fighting Spain with the support of three other nations whats different to what Spain has been doing against us for the last how many months. Up until last week Spain had the help of France on Haiti, The Pirates attacking us in Panama and Honduras not to mention Haiti, Denmark is also one of your allies so don't come it with me all high and mighty.
6. I don't cry I deal in facts as far as I can remember them, I don't post whining threads about cheats and exploiters if I did there would have been a lot of hate coming from me, I understand that players will break rules some repeatedly some will exploit defects in the code for thier own gain but i personally have yet to do this, point of fact when Spain took Port Antonio from France last week I bought the counter flag with every intent of attacking the port as will have been report I missed getting into the port area to set the flag by 2 minutes we had 1st rates ready to fight. I respect the devs for the game they bring us but also understand that this game is still a work in progress and therefore we need to be constructive in our dealings with them and allow them time to fix the faults in the game so we can enjoy playing it.

Lol there goes a sore loser better that he is gone than dragging his nation into disrepute. Frog seems to forget that the British nation has been fighting 4 nations for the best part of 7 months and before that to be honest we have had some good fights in that time. But all I see now is moans about us using under hand tactics. But in my time I have seen Spain use and abused the system many times. SPAIN was the first to use the port swap tactic along with their allies they used the get a alt In the enemy nation to tag the flag carrier into port battle and also to buy the counter flag they moan about us going back on deals but forget to mention the part about not keeping deals they made themselves.
In relation France have been in general an honourable foe.
The Danes also fight hard and have always been tough fights while their port battle timers leave something to be desired it always made for good fights. o7

Yawn yawn yawn yawn oh sorry did some one say something about port timers again! There is a fix coming get over it this thread should be locked as it serves no purpose other than to troll each other.

Personally I hate the port timer system and because of my playtimes 10-02 I get to go to very few port battles. I really think and hope that port attack windows should be randomly set by the game meaning that country a take a city the game randomly set the next window in which the port could be attacked this would remove all these complaints of port timers and exploiting jibes on all sides.

This is not exploiting as it does not gain an advantage over the other players what it does do is stop the other players from getting to the intended target so giving the defenders an advantage.
If you wish to continue pointing fingers at the British nation I will have no option to request screen shots of all the Spanish counter purchasing of flags and the cutter tagging that has gone on by French, Danes and Pirates to stop flags reaching ports. Rather than name and shame we have been posting F11 bug reports.

Yes, I was and I was on behalf of KSKGE/ GER in the Swedish council for a short amount of time to represent the clan opinion at that time and mine in it, which seems was quite correct as Sweden achieved its wargoals as far as I can see.
Nevertheless, as you can also see in the report: I was pretty much only online for 10 days last month... and with roughly only 2 engagments per day not even a long time per day.
I decided to leave the organized gameplay as I do not have time for it as it would be needed and joined a nation where a player can play without a clan.
But be aware: I have not forgotten the French betrayal. I have not forgotten the arrogance of the French nation during the war, I have not forgotten the arrogance of several French players on the field of battle and most of all I have not forgotten the French lies. Be aware France, when I'm online there won't be a No-PvP-Zone, only victory or death.
Wit the British at war with France you will be able to continue endlessly against our common enemies fair winds to you Thonar.
