  2. 1. Hostility is generated by sinking ships of the nation near the port, whether it is AI or actual player. Easiest way of rising hostility is to do the hostility orders in the mission tab. This way you get a mission near the port you want to raise hostility and can sink AI's to raise hostility. Hostility Missions will never be closed, so enemys or allies can join anytime. Hostility can only be raised during the port battle window (if the clan has set any). About the duration, it depends on how many players are doing the hostility. Attacker are only allowed a max amount of 10 ships in hostility. If you're 10 ships i would say about one hour (but it really depends on many things). After a port has reached 100% hostility, the port battle is automatically set 24 hours after it has reached 100%.

    2. As i said in 1. it is automatically set up 24 hours after port has reached 100% hostility.

    3. After a successful port battle the port is "contested". Not sure but i think in this state it still acts like a port of the nation who lost it, so they can move their stuff away to another port. After the next server maintenance the port is officially handed to the clan who captured it. Now you can set timers or whatever you want.

     

    Another tip: To let other clans join your port battle you have to put them on clan friendlist first.

    Edit: You get more hostility for pvp kills than for AI kills. So if a enemy fleet comes out to protect it and you beat them, you have pretty much 100%

  3. I was sailing with my indiaman and then fishing stopped because ship is overloaded. After this i got attacked, but managed to board the enemy. I wanted to pick his upgrade up, but couldn't because is was overloaded, so i put all my fish meat on his ship to have enough space again. Even though my ship was not overloaded anymore i couldnt pick his upgrade. Always the message "Ship is overloaded, cant put item in it". Is it because i was overloaded before battle started? Or is it a bug?

    Here you can see that the hold is 4724.7/4800 and i just wanted to grab the upgrade (which has no weigh i think).

    Unser Clan BABO ist auf der suche nach neuen Mitgliedern.

    Alle sind Willkommen, egal ob erfahrener Spieler oder neuer Spieler. Unser Clan arbeitet eng miteinander und das ermöglicht uns die gewünschten Schiffe für alle zu craften.

    Aktuell sind wir 15 Mitglieder und machen regelmäßig pvp/pve.

    Unser Ziel ist es zu wachsen und eine anständige Port Battle (RvR) Flotte zu erschaffen. Gemeinsam können wir das schaffen!

    Wir sind immer auf Teamspeak, wenn wir online sind.

    It could be closed instantly, but be a battle like the ones in patrol area: No escape! If they tag eachother to safe themselfs, they have to wait 90 minutes and i dont know, if its worth it.

  6. 1. Do a combat order

    2. If enemy ship is Belle Poule/Renommee/Essex/Surprise, capture it

    3. Put some repairs in it and sail to patrol area

    4. Fight and in case you get ganked try to deal as much damage as possible

    5. If you sink start again with 1.

     

    It was really fun to me, i got some pvp marks and didnt lose much:D

    PS: Dont forget to claim 10 pvp marks reward for every 20000 damage dealt

    Actually Pirates are not hardcore anymore. The hardcore Nations now are Prussian, Russian and Poland. This 3 Nations have no capital, no safe zones and all of their ports are capturable.
