  1. I would have to disagree on your last statement. Hostility mission should remain open to allow a defending nation to react and defend its region before any port battle to commence. This will generate PVP. This will also generate coordination between clans in those nations. 1 grabs the mission the other to provide support against defenders joining. This = large battles!! I enjoy the big battles, so much fun, win or lose. On pvp2, unless Spain is reborn with a player base, all those regions will be capped without a struggle. Would be sad to see but currently not many spainish players.
  2. Good to see AI fleets carry no BR. Finally! The BR has been a problem for a bit now, so good to see this addressed. Excited about the Hostilty part of the port battle mechanics. When will pirates be able to get the BP for the Pirate Frigate? That would be a great ship to craft.
  3. I think 1 dura ships are great! As long as all upgrades are craftable. The will stimulate the crafting/trading economy aspect of the game!!
  4. Your Point #1 Guess you haven't read up on the latest Port battle system. Nation Capitals can be capturable. Your Point #2 again read up on latest dev patches, ports will reset when total victory is achieved. To further discuss your wipe out theory, I wasn't playing the game at the time but the nations had the Pirates down to just Mort, but yet the game wasn't broken. Pirates do it and we're all hackers or "Magic Pirates". Do you know why this game will fail? No end game content. The Event was and is a joke. My fix to the event is simple, a fleet of merchant ships Ned to be escorted from Point A to point B. The nation that escorts the fleet safely to its destination wins all the reward. If the attackers sink all the cargo ships. They win all the rewards. Then the Devi achieve the big PVP battle they were seeking in the conception of this event. I'm on PvP2 and I will see all errr some of you in PB's. o7
  5. Port Battles: I know the devs are working on a new port system, we will see if it is better. However, the current game mechanics could've been easily fixed by allow only 1 flag to be pulled at time. Since this is still Alpha, things can change. Port Battles: Current System Multiple Flags can be bought (No Limit). Capture a Port (48 hr cool down until available). Defense (Must defend the same ports every night even if you defended and won). Towers are too easy to take. Port Battle: Suggestion (if new system fails) ​Only 1 Flag can be pulled by a nation at a time. (Once the port is captured or defended another flag can be pulled)This will eliminate false flag buying and in most cases empty port battles and at the same time create big Port Battles. (I've been in a few and they are so much fun 25 v 25 an not 12 v 0) Capture or Defense of a Port has the same 48 hr cool down before the flag can be available for that port.The Defense of a Port should reward the defenders with the 48 hr cool down, same as capturing one does. I understand that new system is coming. I hope it creates more PvP, we shall see. (PvP2 player) Ship Durability (Historical Accuracy) Make every ship 1 durability, I don't believe the Constitution could sink 4 times before the US would lose "Old Ironside", then we would really see who are PvPers and who are not. Too many times I've seen nations rollout 2nd Rates or less to Regionals because of the durability issue.This generates more business for trade and crafting players to help supply their nation and contribute to the game. Make all upgrades in the game available to craft. This will ease the minds of losing upgrades on their ships. I may have been repeating some of the same things discussed over and over, hopefully not.
