Rubbish. We weren't allied with US until pirates declared all out war against us. You're just making stuff up to serve your cause. But after all, it did work out for the best because now we have allies that are voted on as a whole and we can trust.
We saw the votes 2 days out. You know Pirates can see who you vote for, and we could see you voting for an alliance with US. Questioned Cordova on it and he said what I do is what I do. So we asked if your allied with US in a few days where do we stand and he refused to answer. All this and confirmed from 3 different clans in US that you all made a non aggression pact.

Loco level headed? If I'm not mistaken, it was loco who lead the charge to take all the brit ports after the misunderstanding that occurred from the capture of Corrientes. If 7grams wasn't on vacation when that happened, I bet the whole situation could have been avoided. Loco is the primary cause of the whole escalation.
7grams lead the war. He is the clan leader. There was no misunderstanding. 7grams told Cordova for the act of betrayal and making a non aggression pact with the US he said we are coming for Port Antonio, and Cordovas words were goodluck. History shows we took the port. We told Cordova after that if he wanted it back a simple apology and we would leave and his own words its war and we will gather all the nations to wipe you down to one port. Hence why we started taking everything and blockading your ports. Also that is why Dutch and French started hitting us as we were neutral with them.
You say the whole situation could have been avoided. Yes it could if Cordova knew anything about diplomacy. Heck we asked others to speak up in your clan and they said if he finds out we spoke with Pirates he will kick us out the clan or label us a traitor.
The only nation who have never stuffed us over have been the Danes and we will be supporting them 100%.
P.S. If he was on Vacation then who is this in the thread and pictures.

Just because we can still take ports, doesn't mean we have to. We could make the choice to not participate in port battles and just do exactly you've just posted. Be Pirates. Jump people in hostility missions. Intercept trade ships. Be a pain in EVERYBODY'S side and not get involved in the affairs of Nationals, unless of course it's on a short term and we're being paid hefty amounts of gold for our services.
That's what I was getting at in my previous post when I said there's a chance to look at the game with a fresh set of eyes and not go back to previous ways.
I'm just a filthy casual rank and file member of BLACK, but if I could sweet talk the leadership with a sexy accent, I'd be lobbying for a policy of "ABSOLUTELY NO NATION BUILDING. WE'RE GONNA JUST PEE IN EVERYONE'S BOOT BECAUSE WE CAN"
I agree with you. The best thing with this new patch is we don't need ports to find fights. We have the hostility missions with open timers to find the fights and we can choose which nation to help grow.

You were alllied before the war started. You planned to ally and wipe us out. They are the words from Cordova when he came on teamspeak. That is why the Dutch came to war against us and French after we had been at peace. He stated that he want the server to wipe us out. Don't start this bullshit we started the war. But remember when we were allied we never took your ports and the alliance worked against the US. Funny how you choose to forget.The Brit/ US alliance is a direct result of the Pirate war against the Brits. Even with the alliance, Pirates were able to take all the Brit ports on PVP2. Now Brits are taking some back only because Pirates have decided not to defend them very much. Since Pirates were able to take all the Brit ports even with the US/Brit alliance, this is why the alliance needs to be there. It's not voted by one group. It's voted by most Brit and US players because they've seen and haven't forgotten what the Pirates were able to do and did to the Brits and I doubt it will be forgotten any time soon.
As for the ports we are Pirates and we don't care about ports. We took ports in looking for a fight. Nationals car about pixels. We care about fights. That's the difference between us. On reset we will be doing things differently when we all come back.

Honestly the two big powerhouses US and GB shouldnt be allied. They should each ally with a smaller nation and help them grow.
As for Pirates being in the big 3 I doubt it. Our player base is small, and it has been one clan on Pirates sticking it to the big alliance.
This is hypotheitcally speaking, say you get Pirates down to one port. Who do you fight then? Do you go after a small nation, take them to one port?
We all know US and GB stance with the other nations that are active and growing, France, Dutch, Swede. You wont fight them you will make a carebear alliance deal and turn PvP2 into a pve server. So the image I get and hear from others is you just want to fight the Pirates and the Danes. I personally think the devs dropped the ball on the whole alliance system. Its limiting pvp on a small population server. But hey thats my opinion.
Why starve yourselves of pvp and ally i will never understand. The two biggest nations should be warring.
Personally i hate ports and our clan took ports in the hope of getting battles. But when people avoid battles and ports end up being taken empty we said enough is enough. Time for a break and wait for reset. I wish this patch they said Pirates cant take ports and we can just come and Raid and just jump in your hostility missions and sink who ever.

Should say, don't PVP all the time don't sink.
I can say from experience that PvPing and PvEing I don't get sank all that often from PvE unless I am messing around in a ship with some odd setup. Like a boarding Privateer in a Master and Commander mission.
It is funny that so many people take out grey ships. I do it from time to time as an emergency defense in places I don't have an outpost nearby. But some people that is all they sail in.
I leveled up in a grey ship because there were no pirates on in my timezone and we had one port when I got the game. You learn to rely on skill not mods.

We are currently dealing with the racist comments. They are not helpful to our nation.
As for the rest, we take ports whether they are contested or not. We often buy multiple flags in the attempt to thin the number of our opponents down as we are often greatly outnumbered.
You were often seen asking about PvPing but you never showed up when it was happening...I guess you didn't want to scratch the shiney new ships that you mooched off of us. While Soulpython seems to have demonstrated some skills, the rest of you have not.
Racism is uncalled for full stop. It's not 1950. Times have changed.
As for PvP why pull multiple flags just pull one? You say show up then you say thin the numbers out? What do you want? We only pull one flag to get a fight because of port wipe.

Lol this thread. Let me get this straight. We make a deal to give ports back for server health and new players and the Brits are boasting they won the war? They smashed us? Lol. I thought the US were delusional but this takes the cake.
Port wipe is around the corner so we made a deal with small clans to give ports back because they were willing to do diplomacy and help new players. We as a clan achieved what we needed for being double crossed. Took GB from 80 ports to 1 with the help of their alliance friends.
Like I've said again. Job done by us, mission accomplished. You guys lost the war. GG in the end and like I said before Hodo everyone wants to move on and start fresh with port wipe but you keep throwing insults and more wood on the fire when the fire is out. Unless your an officer I will not negotiate with you.
So have your Jamaica back and Cays and you will see we can keep our word as they have been uncotested. Just like when we gave Dutch, French, Spain and US ports. We know how to hold our end of a bargain. Plus we never wanted ports, the whole idea was to take you down to one as punishment.-

You guys are hard core Loco, its why i tried to get cordova to end the war before britain was swallowed up. Thanks for being cool and easing up on britain in our agreement. Despite our making a peace deal for british ports, i wont stop the rebellion against CKA and their stubborn style of diplomacy that led to britain getting wiped out for a week. Britain lost many good players.
BLACK won the war despite CKA refusing to make peace with BLACK. At least we can get jamaica and some ports back now.

Easing up? They took every port, they still gank noobs outside of Kingston, and they still use alts to talk trash in British National chat. The only reason GB is getting ports back at all is because a few people are finally pulling their heads out of the sand and retaking them.
I know myself I have refused to lead or buy a flag for any recapture as long as people like you are sitting back talking trash about CKA or Cordova.
If you want help on taking back ports, well get your rainbow coalition together and go and carebear stare them down.

3. We have complained in Global at the Pirates who when they are attacked by small groups in 5th or 4th rates come out with 10+ 3rd rates and higher
4. Over the last few days we have fought the pirates every night until they bring out forces we cant compete with
5. Our activity isn't something you can talk about much when we have rarely seen large numbers from you
6. And ISN, except for Taurus and Sweedish Cheese (Benny's alt), are hardly ever even seen

In which case it's rather hard to critique the performance, except from a balance perspective.
I'm really suspicious of claims that grape is the be-all, end-all weapon right now. It seems like most of the playerbase is happily going about its cannonball-shooting business, while only a few people are up in arms about OP yardarm-to-yardarm grape broadsides. Can we see some good videos of this tactic in action? Because I'm inclined to believe that there only a few grapeshot masters out there, and that they've left some traumatized victims in their wake. When most mere mortals try to use grape, they end up wasting the whole broadside.
We didn't see any 'grapeshot-vs-intact-hull' behavior in the tournament, did we? And that's an excellent acid test for effective tactics.
I've seen it used in a port battle the enemy all had grape loaded and gave us a pre warning get ready for the gang grape. Lol. It is way too effective at the moment. To counter it I now use longs and keep distance.

Sorry I was busy with something else. And I don't even think I saw your PM. But I did fight some ZILCH member last night outside of Atwood... he got mad that I stayed upwind of him and blew his mast off. He said I didn't fight a fair fight. Loco you need to talk to those ZILCH guys and teach them to keep the weather gauge.
I told him I learned it from fighting BLACK. BTW I have learned a lot fighting you all. I learned what perks to run, what mods, and how to keep the weather gauge.
Zilch is a pretty new clan and they are growing and learning. We all started somewhere. But hey they happy to have a go.

PS- you know you're never going to get 'an apology' etc... so make your peace with your Pirate sympathizers, have them take their port queen ships out to recap a few ports from you, and lets get on with the merriment!

If you guys ally with smaller nations it gives them a chance to do port battles on a low population server, thus everyone gets pvp.
