Just got pc back from repairing, so been down for couple days. Now there was an update recently and steam not updating when i logon. So when i join game, i can't login coz of game not updated. Any help please.

Go to that outpost, click on "View ships on sale" and hopefully its there. You won't see it til you click that button.
