I am applying as Moderator for PvP3 and indeed i'am very helpful and known on my Server PvP3 and i can speak German to.
On Dutch side where i play are many germans and many of them didn't understand english so i think i can help them what i always do anyway.

Bin ein Eco fritze, ein Material Beschaffer und daher würde ich crafter gerne unterstützen.
PvP3 ist leider so gut wie tot.

We need save Eco spots to maintain Shipbuilding otherwise we are pushed to use basic ships from shop.
Since Patch capturing ships is no option.

Currently the mid grade note are worth more than the High.
We should be able to convert them in Capital City, like we do in real life with currency exchange.
2 Low Grade for 1 Medium Grade
4 Low Grade for 1 High Grade
2 Medium Grade for 1 High Grade
1 High Grade for 2 Medium or 4 Low Grade
That should help to stabilized the price, the market buy cost for Med Grade is actually around 35-45 K each while High Grade only worth 25-35K.
HGN should be converted 1:1 to MGN.
There is no reason that HGN is more worth than MGN.

PVP has to have consequences. if you want free 3rds and up then as for the PVE server only. don't make the PVP servers pointless.
The consequences is that obviously nobody is going to do pvp to risk crafted ships!
Most Pirates doesn't maintain a economy coz your are a pirate obviously everyone is going to attack you!
The Afford isn't equal to a nation player!
It's high risk and risk will skyrocket ship prices in Mortimer Town.
I'am not a pirate player but I can see the unfairness to pirates!

I have an Idea to make capping Warships without spamming 3rd rates.
Implement a Cooldown:
- 10 Days for a 1st rate and 2nd rate
- 3 Days for a 3rd rate
- 1 Day for every other Warship
- no Cooldown for Traider Ships

Wenn ich Bug Sektion anvisiere fangen die Gegner viel häufiger Feuer und dadurch ist auch mal ne Surprise explodiert.
