Why should you limit any faction at all? What Nation A is able to do, so should Nation B. It just happened that Pirats are considered a Nation like Neutral is also a Nation and without major attribute settings to ALL Nations I don't see why Pirates should be limited in any way.

only my impressions after a week: France: neutral, not in sight, no war to be had Spain: neutral/In Conflict, sometimes taking a port US: they slowly trying to get ports back, more neutral, no real threat/In Conflict Denmark: at war, regular skirmishes around la Isabella & Monte Christi Sweden: they in pact with Denmark so at war Verenigde: not in sight, no war Great Britain: Neutral but attacked as soon they get sighted Don't give up America!
