    that's kinda dumb when you can randomly not be able to buy cannons for the entire game

    lamo if you think using a poll to nerf a faction that is causing you all trouble is cool. I call for great britain and america to only have a limited number of ships faction wide, and have spain be the only faction allowed first rates.

    Pirates should not be excluded from anything, and should be allowed to be a major power if the players playing the faction are better and more skilled than the other factions. To be arbitrarily limited because the other factions don't have good players is moronic.
