Fluffsel Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 Goodmorning people, A couple of weeks ago before the closing of the pre-sale I bought the game. Because of my first time using paypal it took 10 workdays to validate my payment. This was done the 26th of February. Only I still didn't receive any confirmation from game labs I already sent 2 email, but didn't get any response on them. So I am at a loss here. Can anyone help? No worries..if your payment cleared before the close date or if you have a confirmation # from PAYPAL then you have a leg to stand on......... BungeeLemming Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 Simply write to toe support mail and send the devs your buy order from the paypal account. Devs said that a lot times. Sent them a mail and they will sort things out for you.
