Variety of NPC fleets on OS and their drops

I remember way back Developers said we will have different fleets that could even attack players. Long time after we see nothing new. It would be nice to have more variety. 

Pirate Hunting Fleet (Has a small chance to attack a player) (Mostly 5th rate frigates or smaller ships)

Pirate Treasure Fleet (Can drop extra gold and rare loot) (Few 1st and 2nd rates, 1 trader)

National Supply Fleet (Can drop materials, gold, mods) (Many heavy trader ships with 3rd rates)

National War Fleet (Can drop more marks and gold) (1st rates mostly)

National Treasure Fleet (Can drop extra gold and rare loot) (3rd rates and 1 trader)

Privateer Hunting Fleet (Can drop missions and gold) ( 5-4 rates)

Trader Escorted Fleet (Can drop materials, gold, mods) (4th rates and trader ships)

Not sure about your proposal but im sure NPC need some kind of diveristy.
