I did that already. I'm not sure if the report was enough to describe what happened. That's why I wanted to provide someone with the video I have of it happening.

I have encountered a pretty serious bug that could definitely be exploited if someone figures out how to reproduce it. I have encountered it 4 times now, this last time I recorded it happening with shadowplay. I'm not sure how much the video can help other than proving it happened. I'd rather not post anything about the bug here. Can a moderator or somebody else could tell me how to report this bug properly? Thanks.

I expanded my docks, it said it would cost 250,000 gold, I was charged 2,500,000. Here is the video of it happening. Also my title/math was a bit off...
