Regarding CPU requirements

Hello everyone, i sent an email to the devs and told me to post this question here. So here we go:

My computer fullfills all the requirements except the CPU one. I have an Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz, but the game says I needs at least an Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz.

My question is: Will my computer be able to run the game despite not having the minimum CPU required? I don't mind having to run it on low settings, nor not being able to run it in max resolution, I don't even mind playing at 25-30 fps!

The easiest way is to get the game, play it less than 2h and see for yourself. Since Steam includes refund possibilities hardware problems are not such a big deal

Your cpu is good enough, dont worry about it, i have run the game with worse specs(8 core AMD cpu with 4 of the cores disabled)

In general, "minimum" requirements are just there to eliminate most of the performance-related issues that the devs don't want to waste time on or would negatively impact the look of the game - outside of specific DX version requirements, I haven't seen games that don't run on specs just under the "minimum" specs. It's not going to run great, but it should at least run.
