Hello everyone,
I have taken the trouble to revise the German language file and adapt it to the great ‘Naval Arms Race-Mod’. Of course I will keep the language file up to date.

Some bad translations have been reworked.
Of course, one or the other can still be improved.
If you notice anything, just let me know!
