Trotter
Is the simulation processor-intensive or more video card-intensive? I have a Core i7 920 processor at 2.7 gHz and a GTX 285 video card. Would it be worthwhile to move up to a GTX 970 or 980? I'm also water-cooled so I can O/C the processor a bit. Ken
George Rodney
Some of us posted their system specs, framerates etc. here: http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/4301-what-kind-of-pc-do-you-have/
Trotter
Aahhh, thank you for the link. Very informative. Upon further research I discover that my GTX 285 does not support dx11, so a new card is in the near future (whenever the simulator is opened up again for purchase). iballew
Any gtx 900 series card (960, 970, 980) will be a HUGE improvement over your gtx 285. They also will use much less power. That i7 is old, but it still has plenty of life in it and should handle anything you throw at it.
