I only ask because campaign AI is knocking out 40kts warships that tend to cut and run and which prove very hard to catch and destroy. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
brothermunro Posted April 1 Share Posted April 1 The cost and displacement taken up by the engines will increase dramatically if you go over the ideal speed but other than that there’s no penalty.
