Unable to re-set resolution since day one Old guy :)

Bought day one but yet to try it out
Cant see or change the resolution due to my initial settings of 4k. How can I reset resolutions if I can't see/access the buttons ?

 

The steam friends suggested to delete the ioptions.bin file. 

 

Any ideas where this would be in the following list? I did a search for it can't find it anywhere.
