This is how to balance the infamous Russian 'Battleship V' that always wants to sink front first.

This is done primarily by using all 11" mains including 3" casemates, using the 2nd funnel design of the 3 in 1900 start point, and the rest is huge armor tweaking. This includes huge aft deck and belt. She's a speed demon for her time. A pile of junk, but still has her advantages.
