Please use a more normal save campaign organization

Please switch to a more normal campaign save organization where we can have multiple campaigns saved.

I just finished a 1910 German campaign. Now starting a 1910 French campaign I thought to compare my new design to my old ones. I can't. The old campaign is not accessible.

Can you please just let us have a normal game mindset of saving different campaigns. It will also be nice to load an already completed campaign so as to look at your designs again. 

This would also go well with an export/import ship design function. (The imports can mark for change any technologies the current campaign is missing)
