Optional repair/refit

I would love to see an option similar to the add crew check box regarding repairs. You could then leave it off and have a button to manually choose to repair a ship. This would be good because you could then wait until you could afford it before repairing ships, giving higher priority to more important ships. Also historically it was after a ship took a lot of damage that a lot of refits were performed - eg HMS Belfast was almost lost to a mine at the start of WW2 and whilst in dock for repairs also received an massive refit
