Versailles, Washington and London naval treaties and the game

Will they be represented in the game at all, and if so in what ways? Will there be any limits to the ship designs during the campaign or will we just see 11 inch heavy cruisers, 18 inch battleships and oversized destroyers everywhere? If not at the release is there any plans to implement the naval treaties?

Resources will already limit this problem somewhat.

If you build a 18 inch battleship, you will have one.

And it might still be very vulnerable to the 4 or 8 16 inch BBs the enemy will have... or you will find that a ship can only be in one place at the same time.

If anything. We will probably not see an exact Washington naval treaty in the campaign as this took place after ww1 (near the end of the campaign timeframe). 

However, if we can learn anything from RTW I think they will go for a similar approach where events will likely trigger treaty negotiations that might resemble Washington like naval treaties.
