Could you please try the updated workaround: Click on "Forgot your password?" option A window will appear with redirection to browser Please close the window by hitting on "X" Go the recently created tab in browser and click on < (back) symbol (highlighted in red on the screenshot) . You do not need to change the password After this please try to login in your account on web After these steps above, the Captcha must appear and you will be able to login in the launcher Please let me know if the problem still there.
