Gunnery tutorial - stuck

Hello there,

 

I've had the issue for a while and still hasn't been fixed. Every time I enter the Tutorial and select the 'Gunnery tutorial', it loads and then moves me to a screen of see and some fog and time changing (basically the game) but I can't even see where my ship is or to even control it... ://

Captain, could you please clarify do you experience this problem only in tutorial? Have you tried to temporary skip the tutorial and sail from the port to Open World? If so, the issue might be related to closed ports.

full list of ports that are needed to be open for Naval Action:

7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600
