I want to sell my shipyard

for some reason, i build a shipyard in a capturable port

but for some reason, it does not fulfill my expectation for crafting ships

its standard every time, and i just can build this shipyard in my hometown port. (i am done with the cap port shipyard)

so i actually want to sell my shipyard ...(lvl3)

because it cost a lot (extra warehouse,extra stock, building slots, time travel goods.... etc)

so, i was wondering can it be so i could have the option to sell the shipyard 

and get some refund out of it...perhaps an option for development? 

or must i really destroy all the dublouns and investment.
