Rebel Witch
So i had no idea about the existence or importance of the Warrior until planning my trip to see the Victory. What i expected to do was go see the Warrior as an appetizer to the main event inside Victory. All of that changed when i set foot on the Warrior and my eyes opened to just how historic this single ship was. For those of you who served aboard Navy ships like i have, you may appreciate some of these pictures. What to many is just an old bucket of wood and iron is in reality one of those items in human history that changed everything. It is not until you see with your own eyes portions of the past and the future fused into one unique man made object that is just as important to civilization advancement as the airplane, railroad and electricity. Thats my opinion, that is how exciting it was to realize the Warrior is the main attraction, a hidden Gem in England that every fan of naval history must see. With that, enjoy the tour! Will get more pictures posted soon.

The_Scipio
Warrior is a great ship, I visited Naval dock yards in September with the exact same goal, See Victory, well Victory was awesome, despite they ahve taken down her masts 5 years ago, but seeing Warrior was maybe even more awesome. She's in good shape, and a very long / tall ship. You get a pretty good understanding on what she was capable off, not forgetting that the weight of a broadside from Warrior vastly exceeded the weight Victory could throw at her enemies - Warrior has 68 pounders where Victory only had 32 pounders. Anyways Naval Dock Yards is highly recommendable if you happen to be in Portsmouth.
Hagen v Martius
The most important question of course: Is that a real cat on the bunk? On a more serious note: Great pictures!
