new amd driver

so im not sure shere to post this but its more a solution to the old amd driver and the new windows 10 build if you have it and are experancing heavy fps drops when trying to chat and are running an amd gpu go to amd and download the new driver so far it seems to be have fixed the issue where i go from low 30s fps on low to all of a sudden 6 to 10 fps when im chatting
