Game crashing randomly

Ok, so I've had this issue since the officer/fishing patch.

My game works fine, runs at a easy 60 fps no issues, but will randomly crash here and there.

BUT, the odd part about the crash was visually, I seen no "update" to the screen, i could still hear and do stuff in the game, just can't see what I was doing.

Event viewer showed display driver was crashing.

I since reverted back to older gfx drivers which fixed that issue, but it is still happening, only now event viewer shows nothing. Sometimes when it crash's it shows this:

The program Client.exe version 4.6.8.13409 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

I have tried doing clean re-installs (with restarts) for directx, c++, gfx drivers, even bios, sound drivers and even a system restore just cause.

I've updated my sound, intel rapid storage and bios as well.

Have also tried compatibility mode, and re-downloading the game with verifying integrity through steam.

So far nothing has worked and the game has come quite unplayable, several times I've almost lost my ship, but had friends with me who managed to save my ship thank god.

Attached my dxdiag for if you need/want it as well.

Yes I'm aware people have this issue with windows 10 in general, but no other game I have has ever had this error/problem, it's only naval where it has been happening.

Edit:  From time to time its the "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered." error in event viewer, but no other game has ever done this. And with that popping up i decided to try increasing, then turning off the TdrDelay via registry (with restarts obviously) but that still didn't help.

Some tips to try:

1) Go into device manager and disable (not uninstall) all the Nvidia HD audio driver's.

2) GPU temperature - please check while playing the game gpu temperature with a program like GPU-Z, to make sure GPU does not overheating. If it does, try to turn on FPS limit to 30 FPS in graphics settings.

3) GPU overclocking - in case the GPU is overclocked, try to lower GPU and Memory clock speed (Perfomance Tab for NVidia control panel)

1. Tried that along with one of the systems ones that's on same bus as the gpu.

2. Gpu doesn't get over 75 degrees, barely hits over 70 degrees cuz i installed a extra 180mm fan.

3. Will give under-clocking a go. But I never over-clock any of my hardware.
