I've seen this too, but it makes me wonder: How are minor nations supposed to be played unless simply accepting to permanently be an underdog and permanently be a prey for everything else regardless of where in the entire Caribbean one sails? It'll be quite a burden to play several nations unless accepting to be highly gankable as soon as you leave your capital since that's basically your entire region, and that means one simply can't ever lazy-play the game if at all wanting to play one of those nations? -
With diplomacy not even being an option in the poll, should we take it as that it is currently under development and will be done regardless of what other thing we vote for in the poll? I feel like I have to ask since to me it is much, much, much more important than anything that's in the poll.
