  1. SO......... Performance is a big big issue with this game, since the update and the limitations on building capacity it pays now to mothball older ships but the campaign lags to hell if i own anything over 200 or so ships and its killing the fun. so i would want to see this aspect improved. i might not have the best PC but it has far better specs than the recommended for this game and so this is a game issue not a me issue i think. now in terms of something i would like to see that is not on your list. we can build ships for other smaller nations but i would like to see a market place for used ships, this used to happen in real life all the time and so i would like to be able to buy other peoples ships and sell my own that i no longer need. there are good reasons to do this as well as it would allow reemerging major nations to rebuild their strength quicker, it would give the player more financial flexibility, it could also mean that playing as a minor nation would be viable tho of course without research or shipyard capacity. all said i think this would be a very good idea.
  2. so i started a campaign as russia to test out the RC's and there seems to be a very annoying bug, if a ships engine(s) get hit the ship will instantly stop dead in the water instead of slowing down and stopping, not sure if anyone else is seeing this, as far as i can tell it might only be effecting the player and not the AI, i have no idea if this is happening with other nations as well
  3. i just tested this update (hotfix 11) and words fail me, i dont even know how to describe some of what im seeing. i tested steering on a destroyer which now does a kind of tokyo drift. its oversteering but sliding sideways at the same time like a drift car in a racing game. large ship behaviour is no better at all, they are still oversteering and weaving side to side after a turn. whatever changes were made to tactical battles in update 1.1 are just not working, i know this represents time and money for you as a company but i think you need to go back to the 1.09 battle system that was playable and start again. 1.1 system is completely unplayable and has been from the start and its still a complete mess after 11 hotfixes. does anyone test these fixes before releasing them or are you relying on the community to do any and all testing ?
  4. so reading through the comments its all a bit worrying, i can understand that there has been some confusion but to my knowledge there are still 3 big bugs that prevent this version from being playable and would urge you not to consider a release any time soon ships oversteering in a turn when a course is set (as suggested it does indeed seem to be due to the helm position, it does not begin to center until the end of the turn is reached) the amount of time between turns, +5 mins is not uncommon (not sure on this one but it would seem to be linked to the amount of wars being fought and the amount of single ship taskforces on the map. either way the AI is insane and all campaigns degenerate into one almighty bun fight with everyone at war and most at war with multiple other nations) Lag/frame rate/stuttering during tactical battles (this is better than it was on release of 1.1 but is still way below the performance of earlier versions 1.08, 1.09 ect and its no fun trying to play a battle with so many freezes and so much stuttering) now there are of course a lot of other bugs, i myself have only experienced these as game breaking bugs but i am aware that there are other bugs people are experiencing that appear to be game breaking and also need fixing. we understand you dont have hours to test play the game just as we understand that beta's have bugs, what is confusing and concerning is that with so many people reporting the same game breaking issues, you as the developer believe that 1.1 is pretty much fixed and playable and only needs a few tweaks that arnt important enough to deserve patch notes. on a side note, i thought id share this bug too, these transports appear to be flush deckers and not need anything at all 😂
